Email and Security

Generally speaking, e-mail is not secure. You should never include account numbers, credit card numbers or passwords in an e-mail. Only general inquiries should be sent from your home or office e-mail address.

Please do not include your password or PIN, or Card Verification Value  in your messages to us. Your password, PIN, and Verification Codes are the keys to your financial information and must be kept secret at all times. No-one from 4CS will EVER send you an email or call you to request any of this information.  If you receive such a request, contact The Bank.
