General FAQ

  1. What is a Logon ID?

    A Logon ID is the name you choose when you register for the Card Inquiry Online Service.  It can be your email address, for example, or another word.  It cannot contain any spaces and may not be changed once selected.  Examples might be myemail@myservice.com  or franksmith  Sometimes a logon ID you choose might not be available if another user has already selected it.. 

  2. If I'm a co-applicant on the account, do I use the primary cardholder's Logon ID?

    No. The Logon ID is unique to each user. Co-applicants must enter the account number, their own card number, date of birth, and select their own Logon ID. 

  3. Which transactions can I view?

    You will see a listing of all the transactions from your last statement, then any transactions posted to your account since then -- the entire listing having a limit of 100 transactions.

  4. What accounts can I access?

    You can view any of your Credit Card accounts.

  5. How do I reset my password?

    Contact the Card Centre at (869) 465-3700

  6. Can I access my other bank accounts with Credit Card Inquiry?

    No. Card Inquiry is for Card statement inquiries only. 

  7. Can I pay bills or transfer funds with Card Inquiry?

    No. Card Inquiry is for Card statement inquiries only.

  8. How much will it cost me?

    Nothing. This is a free service, compliments of your financial institution.
