Staff and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) of 4Cs and its member banks and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

You will receive one (1) entry for every $100 on purchases and/or cash advances (in cardholder?s billing currency). Entries from unauthorized card use or purchases/ cash advances with lost, stolen or fraudulent credit cards are void.

Drawing will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.

Airfare prize refers to travel within the OECS

Winner?s account must be active, in good standing and not accumulate a credit balance at the time of the draw.

Winner will be notified by telephone, and will be required to provide proof of identification and has two (2) days to make confirmation as a winner.

If the winner cannot be contacted by telephone within two (2) days at a number on 4Cs records, 4Cs has the option to draw another name.

The winner?s name will be published in the media. Winner must agree to the use of his/her name and photograph without compensation in any forthcoming publicity by 4Cs.

Winner will be responsible for taxes, insurance and expenses not explicitly stated as part of their prize.

Substitutions are not allowed. Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash value.

4Cs and its member banks shall not be responsible for changes to the prizes that occur outside its control.

Winners agree to participate in the promotions and absolve 4Cs of any liability relating to accidents, injuries or illnesses that may occur during or after weekend getaway promotion.
